Generally, we don’t offer any refunds since our services are customized. However, in cases where there is a quality issue in our services, such as any error caused by us, then you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days. The burden of proof lies with you, the customer. Note: this does not include “poor” results, or results outside your expectation. We don’t guarantee certain results, therefore we don’t offer any refunds based on results.

Pay-To-Go can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. Subscription can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering, auto-renewal can be cancelled 30 days before (you will be billed for the current period). Project can be cancelled based on terms both parties agree.

Pay-To-Go usually finishes within 31 days. Subscription is monthly based. Project’s timeline is normally 6 months. However, during high demands, the timeframe may vary. We will email you about potential delays. 

Generally, we work exclusively with WordPress. However, we can make exceptions for certain web builder solutions, such as Squarespace and Wix. The price will vary, so please contact us and we will help you out. 

For any order, we suggest you to contact us first for a proposal. Our services may not suit you. We will then send you an invoice after reaching an agreement.
