The following are the Terms and Conditions (TAC) which govern your access and use of Seoherald (SH) services. By accessing or using SH, you have agreed to this TAC. You should read this TAC carefully before using SH services. If you do not agree to this TAC, you are then refused access SH services.

The seo Service

SH services may be used to connect you with a Specialist, who will manage your search appearance etc. through or with the help of SH site.

You will be receiving services as described on SH site or other approved SH materials. Any extra work and extra fees shall be negotiated between you and your Specialist.

Every Specialist providing Services on SH is required to have experience and/or knowledge in the field of website, digital or IT management/business, or similar recognized fields.

We may use independent third party Specialist providers, who are neither our employees nor representatives. SH’s role will be then limited to enabling the Specialist services while the Specialist services themselves are the responsibility of the Specialist who provides them.

If you feel your Specialist do not fit your needs or expectations, you may change to a different Specialist per confirmed request through SH.

You understand, agree and acknowledge that SH services may not be the appropriate solution for everyone’s needs and for every particular situation. You have the right to cancel your services given 1 month advanced request during or after your contract. You will then only be charged for the outstanding amount until that given month.

Privacy

Protecting and safeguarding any information you provide through SH is our top priority. Information about your privacy can be found in our Privacy Policy at https://seoherald.com/cookies-privacy-policy/ (The ‘Cookies & Privacy Policy’).

By agreeing to this TAC and/or by using the platform, you are also agreeing to the terms of the privacy policy. The privacy policy is incorporated into and deemed a part of this TAC. The same rules that apply regarding changes and revisions of this TAC also apply to changes and revisions of the privacy policy.

Third Party Content

SH may contain other content, products or services which are offered or provided by third parties (“Third Party Content”). Such as, links to Third Party Content or advertisements which are related to Third Party Content. We have no responsibility for the creation of any such Third Party Content, and we are not being liable for any damages or loss caused by any Third Party Content.

Limitation of Liability

You hereby agree to not hold us responsible /liable for any and all causes of action and claims of any nature resulting from the third party Specialist or SH site, including (without limitation) any act, opinion, response, advice, suggestion, information and service of any Specialist and any other content or information accessible through the SH site.

You understand, agree and acknowledge that SH shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages. All liability will be limited to the services provided by your Specialist or the third party providing the Third Party Content.

You are eligible for limited damages compensation or full/partial refund if agreement is settled with both parties, or you are able to provide evidence of damage caused by our employees’ Managing services.

The use of the SH site is at your own risk. Our limitation of liability will still be valid after the termination or expiration of this TAC.

Your account and behavior on Seoherald.com

You hereby confirm that you are at least 18 years old of age.

You hereby confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract.

You hereby confirm and agree that all the information that you provided in or through the SH site, and the information that you will provide in or through SH site in the future, is accurate, true, current and complete. Furthermore, you agree that during the length of this TAC you will make sure to maintain and update this information so it will continue to be accurate, current and complete.

You hereby agree, confirm and acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any other security information related to your account. We suggest you to change your password frequently and never give out your password.

You hereby agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other concern for breach of your account security.

You hereby agree, confirm and acknowledge that we will not be liable for any loss or damages as a result of someone else using your account, either with or without your consent and/or knowledge.

You hereby agree, confirm and acknowledge that you are solely and fully responsible and liable for all activities on your Account. You further acknowledge and agree that we will hold you liable and responsible for any damages or loss incurred as a result of the use of your Account by any person authorized by you.

You hereby agree confirm and acknowledge to not letting any other person to use your Account or gain access to your Account for any reason.

You hereby agree confirm and acknowledge not to interfere with or disrupt, or attempt to interfere with or disrupt, any of SH’s systems, services, servers, networks or infrastructure, including (without limitation) obtaining unauthorized access to SH’s systems, services, servers, networks or infrastructure.

You hereby agree confirm and acknowledge not to abuse SH site for the purpose of posting, sending or delivering of either of the following: (a) unsolicited email and/or advertisement or promotion of goods and services; (b) malicious software or code; (c) unlawful, harassing, privacy invading, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, racist or potentially harmful content; (d) any content that infringes a third party right including intellectual property rights; (e) any content that may cause damage to a third party; (f) any content which may constitute, cause or encourage a criminal action or violate any applicable law.

If you receive any file through SH site, you agree to check and scan this file for any virus or malicious software prior to opening or using this file.

You hereby agree confirm and acknowledge to use only credit cards or other payment means (Payment Means) which you are duly and fully authorized to use, and that all payment related information that you provided and will provide in the future, to or through the SH site, is accurate, current and correct and will continue to be accurate, current and correct.

You hereby agree confirm and acknowledge to pay all fees and charges associated with your Account on a timely basis and according to the fees schedule, the terms and the rates as published on SH site. By providing us with your Payment Means, you authorize us to bill and charge you through that Payment Means and you agree to maintain valid Payment Means information in your Account information.

If you have any concerns about a payment, please contact us by sending an email to inquiry@seoherald.com. We will evaluate your issue on a case by case basis and, at our discretion, take steps to resolve any issue, including but not limited to helping you find a new Specialist, extending your subscription at no cost to you, and issuing partial or full refunds when applicable.

Fees and Cancellation

You hereby agree confirm and acknowledge that our fees, rates and payment options are set on SH and they are set and determined exclusively by us and may be changed in our sole discretion.

You hereby agree confirm and acknowledge that you must submit a request of cancellation at least 30 days prior intended departure date. We will then stop your subscription and auto renewal at the end of your current subscription plan. You will still be charged for the whole amount of your current subscription plan.

REFUND POLICY

We offer a full money-back satisfaction guarantee for all purchases made on SH. If you are not satisfied with the product/service that you have purchased from SH, you can get your money back without further questions. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your purchase. 

After the 7-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to inspect the product/service in the first 7 days after purchase to ensure there is no quality issues and fits your needs. Modifications, Termination, Interruption and Disruptions

You hereby agree confirm and acknowledge that we may modify, suspend, disrupt or discontinue the SH site, any part of the SH site or the use of the SH site, whether to all clients or to you specifically, at any time with or without notice to you. You hereby agree confirm and acknowledge that we will not be liable for any losses or damages that are caused by modification, suspension, disruption or discontinuation of SH site.

You hereby agree confirm and acknowledge that we cannot guarantee that SH can be 100% reliable and accessible due to our dependency on third party factors, including suppliers, contractors, software and hardware. SH cannot be completely error free as we cannot control these factors.

Notices

We may provide notices or other communications to you regarding this agreement or any aspect of SH site, by email to the email address that you provided, by regular mail or by posting it online. The date of receipt shall be deemed the date on which the notice is given.

Important notes

This TAC and our relationship with you shall both be in accordance with the laws and regulations of US and EU.

We may change this TAC by posting notice on SH site. Unless otherwise specified by us, all modifications shall be effective upon posting. Therefore, you are encouraged to check this TAC frequently. By using the SH site after the changes become effective, you agree to be bound by such changes to this TAC. If you do not agree to the changes, you must terminate access to SH site and participation in its services.
